PHARMAC successfully delivered a landmark integrated fermentation skid production line to a biotech manufacturer in Bangkok, ASEAN in 2024. Valued at USD 5 million, this large-scale fermentation system stands as a representative overseas turnkey bioproject, showcasing our full-lifecycle engineering capability for industrial fermentation manufacturing.

             The combination of 25-ton and 15-ton main fermenters together with supporting buffer, feed and storage vessels forms a complete continuous fermentation workflow, meeting the client’s demand for high-volume stable production.

             Rather than simply supplying standalone vessels, PHARMAC provides coordinated design, automation development, manufacturing and validation documentation. The unified engineering standard ensures consistent quality across the whole production line.

• Modular Skid Design Concept
             Key process units are designed as integrated skids, convenient for factory pre-assembly, transportation and on-site installation. This approach effectively reduces field construction work and lowers project risks for overseas end-users.

• GMP-compliant Sanitary Construction
             All wetted parts adopt high-grade stainless steel with optimized sanitary piping layout, minimizing dead legs and cross-contamination risks, suitable for high-standard biological fermentation production.
